ProCap BTC submitted S-4 form to the SEC seeking listing, disclosing that BTC holdings have an unrealized gain of over 60 million dollars

ChainCatcher news, Bitcoin treasury company ProCap BTC has submitted an S-4 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, seeking to apply for a merger with Nasdaq-listed company Columbus Circle Capital Corp I (BRR).

According to the information disclosed in the application documents, the company has currently realized over $60,000,000 in unrealized gains from the 4,950 bitcoins purchased this year.
