Strategy has securitized $47 billion in fixed income and equity capital into Bitcoin

ChainCatcher message, Strategy Company, as "the first and largest Bitcoin treasury company," has successfully securitized $47 billion of fixed income and equity capital into Bitcoin, consolidating its leading position in the Bitcoin treasury space.

The company's capital structure includes: Fixed Income: $10.6 billion of debt issued (of which $8.2 billion principal remains unpaid) Equity: $30.9 billion of stock issued, plus $5.8 billion of preferred stock Cash: $836 million of excess cash on the balance sheet.
