ChainCatcher message, Sky tweeted that over 75% of the MKR supply has been completed for the upgrade to SKY. Regarding the delayed upgrade penalty for MKR to SKY, the governance vote will be confirmed on September 18, and if passed, the penalty measures will take effect on September 22.
