The 220th Ethereum ACDE meeting has completed the second round of non-finality testing on Fusaka Devnet-3

ChainCatcher message, the 220th Ethereum execution layer core developer meeting (ACDE) mainly discussed: another timeline proposal for Fusaka, which is optimistically expected to deploy the upgrade plan to the Ethereum mainnet by the end of the year (possibly as early as November); developers have completed the second round of non-finality testing on Fusaka Devnet-3, but some technical issues and defects have not yet been resolved; developers will conduct analysis work on the blob-only parameter (BPO) hard fork for Devnet-5 in the coming days.
