ME founder Zheng Huajiang appointed CEO of China Real Estate Investment RWA business, to develop RWA and its related businesses

ChainCatcher News, China Property Investment (00736) announced that, starting from September 9, 2025, Mr. Zheng Huajiang has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the company's subsidiary, to conduct research on the feasibility of launching real-world assets (RWA) and its related businesses (if any), integration with the group's existing businesses, and business development direction, as well as to provide specific planning for the expansion and implementation of related businesses.

Mr. Zheng obtained a Master's degree in International Banking and Finance from Lingnan University in 2016 and has over ten years of industry experience in finance and the cryptocurrency sector. He is also the founder of the cryptocurrency media group ME Limited and the Web3 infrastructure service provider ND Labs Co., Ltd.

The company believes that the market for blockchain and Web3 applications has matured in recent years, and real-world assets represent a new segment with significant potential in the market. Therefore, the company believes that Mr. Zheng will be able to help deepen the understanding of this area and assist the group in future expansion in this sector.
