The Smarter Web Company will issue 21 million shares of common stock

ChainCatcher news, according to the official announcement, the Bitcoin treasury company The Smarter Web Company has announced that it has signed a new subscription agreement to issue 21 million shares of common stock.

The terms of the new subscription agreement are the same as those of the previous subscription agreement announced on June 19, 2025. The company believes that the current subscription agreement has been effective in raising additional capital for the company. Meanwhile, following the company's announcement on August 26, 2025, most of the common stock issued under the June subscription agreement has been allocated.
