OKX CEO Star posted on the X platform that the X Layer has completed its upgrade, with network performance improved to 5,000 TPS and gas fees nearly zero, and the total supply of OKB fixed at 21 million.
He stated that the X Layer will promote the development of DeFi, global payments, and RWA with a "one chain, one token" model, aiming to build the core infrastructure that brings everything on-chain.
