ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，WeFi 首席执行官 Maksym Sakharov 指出，日本加密行业发展的主要障碍并非税收政策，而是其"缓慢、规避风险"的审批机制。目前在日本上线代币或启动 IEO 需经 JVCEA 自律审查及 FSA 最终监管，流程耗时 6-12 个月，导致许多本土项目选择海外首发。
相比阿联酋、新加坡等地区更高效的监管框架，日本在代币审查和产品变更通知等环节存在多次延期现象。专家建议监管部门采用"基于风险的时效性审批"机制，并建立支持 staking 等功能性沙盒环境。
