ChainCatcher news, according to Decrypt, Zug, Switzerland - The privacy communication application Session has announced the completion of its migration to the Arbitrum network and the official launch of its native token SESH.

It is reported that the SESH token will be used to incentivize the DePIN network, which consists of over 2,000 nodes, ensuring the security of message storage and routing. According to official disclosures, the maximum supply of SESH tokens is 240 million, with 80 million unlocked at the initial issuance. Node operators are required to stake 25,000 SESH tokens to participate in network maintenance.

Session uses onion routing technology to protect user privacy and plans to introduce features supporting high-quality voice and video calls in the future. Currently, the project is managed by the Swiss Session Technology Foundation.
