Antalpha plans to issue 3.85 million shares of common stock at a price of $12.80 per share

according to GlobeNewswire, the crypto fintech company Antalpha today announced the pricing of its initial public offering (IPO), planning to issue 3.85 million shares of common stock at a price of $12.80 per share, expecting to raise approximately $49.3 million. If the overallotment option is included, the total fundraising amount could reach $56.7 million.

Antalpha's stock will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market on May 14, 2025, under the ticker symbol "ANTA," with the settlement expected to be completed on May 15.
