Archax acquires brokerage firm Globacap Private Markets, aiming to offer tokenized assets in the United States

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, the UK-regulated digital asset exchange Archax has acquired the broker-dealer Globacap Private Markets, regulated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and has renamed it Archax Markets US.

The company plans to leverage its U.S. license to offer tokenized real-world assets (RWA), including stocks and bonds.
