RWA real estate company Propy will launch cryptocurrency mortgage services

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, real estate company Propy is set to launch a cryptocurrency mortgage service for purchasing properties. Bitcoin and Ethereum holders can use their crypto assets as collateral to obtain loans for buying tokenized real estate.

Propy plans to sell a tokenized apartment in Hawaii on January 29, with the entire property tokenization process taking about two weeks to complete.
