Saga's liquidity integration layer introduces automatic composability into the Saga ecosystem. When developers launch a brand new mini-chain, it will automatically connect to LIL. Through LIL, this new mini-chain will have immediate access to tokens, services, and applications from other mini-chains as well as from ecosystems outside of Saga.
