ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 報導，納斯達克上市公司 Bit Digital 於 7 月 14 日宣布，計劃通過向機構投資者直接發行 2200 萬普通股籌集約 6730 萬美元，所得資金將全部用於購買以太坊(ETH)。每股定價 3.06 美元，B. Riley Securities 擔任配售代理，預計 7 月 15 日完成交易。
此前一週，該公司已將全部比特幣庫存轉換為以太坊，目前持有約 100,603 枚 ETH(價值約 3.01 億美元)。
