ChainCatcher 消息，据新華社報導，中共中央發布關於加強新時代審判工作的意見，意見提到，加強金融審判工作。依法嚴懲操縱市場、內幕交易、非法集資、貸款詐騙、洗錢等金融領域違法犯罪，加強金融領域非法中介亂象協同治理，促進金融市場健康發展。完善數字貨幣、移動支付、互聯網金融、跨境金融資產交易等新興領域金融糾紛審理規則。健全金融領域行政執法和司法審判銜接機制。
