- 7 月 7 日第一批 14 個國家：日本（25%）、韓國（25%）、南非（30%）、哈薩克斯坦（25%）、老撾（40%）、馬來西亞 (25%)、緬甸（40%）、突尼斯（25%）、波黑（30%）、印尼（32%）、孟加拉 (35%)、塞爾維亞（35%）、柬埔寨（36%）、泰國（36%）。
- 7 月 9 日第二批 8 個國家：巴西（50%）、菲律賓 20%、文萊 25%、摩爾多瓦 25%、阿爾及利亞 30%、伊拉克 30%、斯里蘭卡 30%、利比亞 30%。
- 7 月 10 日第三批 1 個國家：加拿大（35%）。
- 7 月 12 日第四批 2 個國家（地區）：墨西哥（30%）、歐盟（30%）。
