ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 報導，歐洲 28 國貿易聯盟的金融監管機構------歐洲證券和市場管理局（ESMA）已對馬耳他在《加密資產市場監管條例》（MiCA）框架下的執行情況進行了同行評審，特別關注該島國對某家未具名加密公司的快速授權流程。
ESMA 的同行評審委員會（PRC）重點審查了該加密資產服務提供商（CASP 實體）的授權情況，儘管在獲得 MiCA 授權時仍存在"重大問題尚未解決或待整改"，該實體仍被批准通過授權。
