ChainCatcher 消息，据 GlobeNewswire 報導，NextGen Digital Platforms 宣布已與一家獨立買方簽訂融資協議，旨在以非經紀方式私募發行最多 2,000 份公司特別認股權證，以募資至多 200 萬加拿大元。
據悉，這筆融資交易將以 BTC 和 ETH 形式支付，這些數字資產擬由該公司指定的第三方托管人保管，BTC 和 ETH 的價格將根據私募發行結束日前一個工作日 CoinMarketCap.com 上相應數字資產的收盤價確定。
