ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 報導，OKX CEO 徐明星就平台誤凍用戶賬戶事件致歉，承認合規系統存在較高誤報率。有用戶反映，在完成嚴格的身份驗證後仍無法解凍賬戶，被要求提供包括 10 年工作經歷在內的額外信息。
徐明星表示，全球合規團隊已超 600 人，但完全消除誤報仍具挑戰性。該交易所近期因風控系統將部分合規用戶誤判為高風險，導致賬戶異常鎖定。
