ChainCatcher 消息，A 股上市公司中國五礦近日發布聲明稱，發現有不法分子冒用中國五礦及下屬企業名義對外開展活動，涉及銷售產品、開展國際黃金與比特幣理財業務。
中國五礦澄清其下屬並無"五礦北方營銷中心"及"五礦新質能源產業集團"，亦與相關人員和網站無任何關聯，並表示將向有關部門反映維權，提醒社會公眾提高警惕，防範詐騙風險。
