ChainCatcher 消息，据官方公告，英國上市公司 Coinsilium Group 子公司 Forza 籌集通過發行總計 15,486,111 股每股面值為零的新普通股，以每股 0.18 英鎊的價格籌集約 380 萬美元，用於在數字資產領域的戰略發展。
此前報導，總部位於英國的上市區塊鏈公司 Coinsilium Group Limited 宣布其全資子公司 Forza Gibraltar Limited 增持 15.4147 枚 BTC，總持倉達 73.7304 枚。
