ChainCatcher 消息，据美國證券業與金融市場協會（SIFMA）致信 SEC 加密貨幣工作組，反對 Coinbase、Kraken 等加密公司申請豁免發行代幣化股票，SIFMA 稱相關請求「令人嚴重擔憂」，並呼籲 SEC 通過公開流程聽取意見，避免以不透明的方式快速批准。
SIFMA 強調此類重大政策不應通過「免執行」或豁免形式直接處理。該協會還質疑 SEC 是否能監管未註冊實體及保障投資者權益。
