ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，欧洲央行管理委员会已批准开展两项使用中央银行资金结算分布式账本技术（ DLT ）交易的研究工作，旨在提升支付系统效率。短期方案“ Pontes ”将 DLT 平台连接至 TARGET 服务，预计于 2026 年三季度启动试点；长期方案“ Appia ”则聚焦全球运营与 DLT 方案分析。央行称，此举体现其支持创新的承诺，同时确保金融基础设施的安全与效率。
