SEC 正著手制定加密貨幣 ETF 通用上市標準

ChainCatcher 消息，据加密記者 Eleanor Terrett 披露，美國證券交易委員會正與各交易平台協同合作，著手制定加密貨幣 ETF 通用上市標準，目前尚處於初期階段。
相關人士透露，按照這一思路若某一代幣符合既定標準，發行方即可跳過 19b-4 申請流程，直接提交 S-1 註冊聲明，等待 75 天之後交易平台便可將其上市。
