달러 기반 스테이블코인 발행사 서클(CRCL)이 미국 통화감독청에 연방 규제 신탁 은행 설립을 신청했다고 코인데스크가 전했다. 정식 명칭은 ‘퍼스트 내셔널 디지털자산은행’(First National Digital Currency Bank)이다. 설립이 승인될 경우, 해당 은행은 USDC 리저브 관리를 맡게 된다.
