ChainCatcher 消息，据 Coindesk 報導，BACKSEAT 完成種子輪融資，總融資達 14 億日元（折合約 970 萬美元）。
該種子輪由 Spiral Capital 和 Headline Asia 聯合領投，East Ventures 參投。BACKSEAT Exchange 基於此前 BACKSEAT 株式會社收購的日本加密交易所 coinbook 成立。
