ChainCatcher 消息，上海市商务委等十部门和单位印发《上海口岸 2025 年促进跨境贸易便利化专项行动若干措施》。上海口岸定于即日起至 2025 年 8 月底开展本年度上海口岸促进跨境贸易便利化专项行动，持续推进国际贸易领域营商环境改革。其中提出，优化上海港物流运输网络。
依托国际集装箱运输服务平台（MaaS）等系统，利用区块链技术赋能国际物流多式联运协同合作。加快推进多式联运“一单制” “一箱制”发展。推进内河水运体系建设，加快打造河海直达通道。持续推进“联动接卸” “离港确认”等监管模式，提升区域物流效率。
