美股上市公司 Genius Group 宣布未來訴訟所得收益的半數將用於購買比特幣

ChainCatcher 消息，据 globenewswire 報導，紐交所上市公司 Genius Group Limited 今日宣布，其董事會已批准一項收益分配計劃：未來如有任何法律訴訟勝訴所得收益，淨收益將一半用於分配給股東，另一半用於購買比特幣以充實公司比特幣儲備。
Genius Group 首席執行官 Roger Hamilton 表示："公司目前有兩起法律案件，一起已立案，另一起即將提交，總索賠金額超過 10 億美元。由於這兩起訴訟均旨在追討第三方對我們股東造成的直接損失，董事會認為，一旦案件勝訴，其所有收益應 100% 直接用於股東分配或再投資，以實現股東利益最大化。"
