Metaplanet 通过发行新股筹集 5.15 亿美元，以购买更多比特币

ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，日本上市公司 Metaplanet 宣布已通过行使第 20 期股票认购权首次发行 5400 万股，成功筹集 749 亿日元（约 5.15 亿美元）股本资金，用于购买更多比特币。该发行占公司认购权证 29%，剩余约 131 万认购权证（约 1.31 亿股）待行使。
此前，Metaplanet 计划发行总计 5.55 亿股新股（占流通股 92%），拟筹集 54 亿美元用于比特币收购。
