ChainCatcher 消息，加密货币托管机构 Prime Trust 已根据美国破产法第 11 章向特拉华州破产法院申请破产保护，并任命 John Guedry 为公司接管人，任命 John Guedry、John Wilcox 和 Michael Wyse 为特别重组委员会的唯一成员，将继续在特别委员会的监督和指导下以债务人管理的身份管理其业务。
此前报道，内华达州的一家法院要求 Prime Trust 停止所有活动，Prime Trust 前员工透露，公司可能会进行大规模裁员，裁员比例或高达 75%。
