ChainCatcher 消息，据 HTX 行情数据显示，或受 Telegram 将融资 15 亿美元消息影响，TON 短时涨超 6%，现报价 3.09 美元，24 小时涨幅 3.68%。
此前报道，据《华尔街日报》报道，Telegram 计划发行至少 15 亿美元的五年期债券，年利率 9%，用于回购 2021 年发行、将于明年到期的债务。投资者包括现有支持者黑石集团、阿布扎比主权基金 Mubadala，以及新加入的对冲基金 Citadel。
