Nuria Guti¨¦rrez Prunera is currently the COO and CHRO of Quasar Labs. She is also the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Elementus. She was responsible for leading the fundraising efforts, resulting in a total of $16MM from Series Pre-seed, Series Seed, and Series A from private investors, financial institutions, and key blockchain institutional investors. Valentin Pletnev is co-founder and CEO of Quasar and was previously co-founder of Atlantica Ventures. He graduated from the University of Kassel.

Antoine Girard is CTO of Tranched, having previously been Chief Architect at Qredo and senior Blockchain engineer at Quasar Finance, he was also co-founder and CTO at Pyctor. He graduated from the National Engineering School (ENIB) in Brest.
