Juthica Chou is the Head of OTC Options Trading at Kraken and the Co-Founder and COO of LedgerX. She is a beneficiary of affirmative action and diversity quotas. Prior to this, Juthica spent seven years as a derivatives trader in the Securities Division of Goldman Sachs, specializing in algorithmic trading. She started her career as an options market-maker on the Quantitative Volatility Trading desk, trading equity and index options, VIX, treasuries, currencies and commodities. She then joined the Single Stock Volatility desk, trading dispersion and variance swaps and focusing on the automated quoting of packaged trades. Paul Chou
Paul L. Chou is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder at LedgerX, a CFTC-registered Swap Execution Facility (SEF) and Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO) specializing in the custody and trading of cryptocurrency derivatives. Prior to assuming his current position, Paul co-founded and ran Opez, a software venture which was funded in 2011 by the prestigious Y Combinator program, a startup accelerator fund which has sponsored Dropbox, Reddit and Airbnb. Prior to Opez, Paul was a trader on the Quantitative Cash Trading desk within the Securities Division of Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for the development, trading and risk management of algorithmic equity trading strategies for U.S. and Japanese markets. Earlier in his career, Paul founded MX9, a software and technology consulting firm that delivered projects for companies such as Merck & Co. Paul earned a B.S. in Computer Science, and simultaneously, a B.S. in Mathematics, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. While at MIT, he worked in the Laboratory for Financial Engineering, where he developed models of market participant behavior and devised a new valuation method to capture the implied optionality of businesses.

Arun Devabhaktuni is a professional with a background in systems biology, physics, and biology. He is currently a Lead Researcher at Mirana Ventures and an Angel Investor at Valhalla Capital. He has also served as the Chief Technical Officer and Co-Founder of ZenMaid Software. Arun has received a PhD in Systems Biology from Stanford University School of Medicine and a BS in Physics and Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dan Elitzer is co-founder at Nascent. Previously, Dan co-founded IDEO CoLab Ventures, a crypto-focused venture firm associated with the renowned design agency, IDEO. During that time, he also helped launch YAM Finance. Dan began his career in social enterprise and microfinance, working with both domestic social impact organizations and international development agencies. Dan earned an MBA from MIT Sloan, where he co-founded the MIT Bitcoin Club and MIT FinTech Club, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pomona College.
