Flavia is the formerly General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Circle. She oversees legal, regulatory, and secretarial services for the company. Previously, she held positions at Intuit, Worldpay, and Univision. Additionally, Flavia is an active contributor to the SF Bay Area legal community and sits on the Board of two local non-profits.
