Bruce Gille is CFO at New Form. Formerly, he was the CFO/COO of Kildonan Castle Asset Mgmt and founder/CFO/COO of Lydian Asset Mgmt, a global convertible arbitrage firm. A finance, compliance, and operational due diligence specialist since 1992, Bruce has extensive finance and accounting experience, including 6 years in public accounting and 29 years with investment firms. He holds a BS in Accountancy from Bentley University and is a CPA (non-practicing).

Srini Dhulipala

Srini Dhulipala is a General Partner at New Form managing Liquid Opportunities. He has 20+ years of experience running business verticals in risk management, portfolio construction and trading. Formerly, he was CIO & Founder of Kildonan Castle Asset Management; Head of Proprietary Credit trading and Global Head of Credit trading at Merrill Lynch/Bank of America; Credit Derivatives trader at Morgan Stanley. A former automotive design engineer, Srini holds and MBA from Columbia University and MS (Mech Eng) from Virginia Tech.

Jake Schwartz

Jake Schwartz is a Venture Partner at New Form focusing on firm strategy. Formerly Jake was co-founder and CEO of General Assembly, which sold to Adecco Group for over $400M in 2018. He has been actively investing in the blockchain sector since 2014 and is passionate about the technology's potential to challenge the existing structure of internet oligopolies. Jake holds a BA from Yale and an MBA from Wharton.

Jeremy Wallis is an Investment Partner focused on blockchain infrastructure products. Prior to New Form, Jeremy was responsible for blockchain investing at Stonegate Digital. Before that, Jeremy worked on PE transactions at Boston-based Kamylon Holdings and also founded a currency exchange startup. He holds a BSc in economics from George Washington University.

Andrew Israel

Andrew Israel is an Investment Partner at New Form. Previously, Andrew worked on private credit transactions at Morgan Stanley on the Lev Fin team. He has been an active participant in Web3 networks since 2017 and is motivated by distributed computing's potential to change the way individuals interact with money, property, and each other. He graduated magna cum laude from Yale with a BA in statistics, data Science, and economics.

Virginia Tiernan

Virginia Tiernan is Chief of Staff at New Form. Previously, Virginia worked in the Government Relations division at Blackstone with a focus on real estate. Prior to that, Virginia was in the Global Government Affairs division at Carlyle and covered real estate, aerospace and defense, and infrastructure assets. She graduated from Harvard with a BA in Government and received honors for her thesis on political threats to the dollar as the world reserve currency.

Philip Simotas

Philip Simotas is an Investment Partner at New Form focusing on liquid opportunities. He has 30+ years of experience in business development, risk mgmt, operations, and trading. Most recently, Phil was the CFO of Datawhys, a data analytics SaaS firm; COO & head of Business Development of ROW asset mgmt, a $1.5B quantitative global macro fund; and President of FX Concepts, a $14B investment mgmt firm specializing in global fixed income and foreign exchange. Phil graduated magna cum laude from Yale with a BA in Economics.

Alex Marinier

Alex Marinier is Founder & General Partner at New Form. Previously, Alex was an investor at Sand Hill firm DCM Ventures, where he led the firm's expansion into blockchain investing. Prior to that, Alex worked in private equity at Blackstone in New York underwriting secondary transactions. He's a seed investor in Compound Finance, Blockfolio, and Chia among others. A native New Yorker, Alex holds a BSc from Cornell's SC Johnson College of Business.
