About OpenDelta

Details

OpenDelta is a modular platform for creating, operating, and distributing onchain financial products. It sits above custody, exchanges, and protocols, integrating custody, execution, accounting, reporting, and control into a single operating system across the fund lifecycle. The platform uses a hybrid architecture: underlying assets are held by institutional custodians in segregated MPC wallets, while tokens representing ownership shares are issued on-chain; each product is governed by a bankruptcy-remote SPV and undergoes regular proof-of-constituents verifications. Its products such as OG30 track the top 30 digital assets, are fee-free, and yield-bearing. OpenDelta is API-first and policy-governed, enabling a small team or an AI agent to manage a full product suite from a single dashboard.
