About Hacken

Hacken is a Web3 security auditor offering smart contract audits, penetration testing, zero-knowledge proof audits, AI system security audits, and compliance services (MiCA/CASP/VASP, SOC 2). Its core value lies in a "DualDefense" approach that combines pre-launch audits with post-launch monitoring via its Extractor tool, which tracks on-chain threats in real time. The company has verified over $842.3 billion in assets for major exchanges, demonstrating market trust.

Market pain points include smart contract vulnerabilities, cross-chain bridge exploits, and growing regulatory pressure. Hacken addresses these by identifying code flaws before deployment, providing continuous threat monitoring, and helping clients meet regulatory standards. Its bug bounty platform HackenProof crowdsources vulnerability discovery.

In the past six months (March–September 2026), Hacken launched dedicated AI security audits for LLMs and agentic systems, introduced SOC 2 readiness support, and was selected to pentest the European Blockchain Services Infrastructure (EBSI). These moves reflect expansion into AI security and institutional compliance.

Over the past six months, Hacken has shifted from auditing to end-to-end blockchain security and compliance. It launched regulatory frameworks aligned with MiCA, DORA, VARA, BMA, and Hong Kong SFC, supported a leading exchange in obtaining MiCAR licensing in Austria, and was re-engaged by the European Commission to pentest EBSI. Its Q1/Q2 2026 security reports show $482.6M lost in Q1 and $763.9M in Q2, with 88.3% of Q2 losses stemming from operational and infrastructure failures. Together with Moody's, Bybit, Chainlink, and others, Hacken introduced the Architecture of Trust framework. On AI security, it launched audits for LLMs and agentic AI, and deployed Extractor, a 24/7 on-chain monitoring and automated incident response platform. It also established HAI Group, an IPO-ready holding company, and began $HES equity tokenization, giving the community a 10% company stake. Future focus: global expansion via the Hacken Federation Network, deepening compliance/risk/AI security, maintaining Proof of Reserves leadership, and setting the standard for blockchain security and compliance.
