About dHedge
dHedge, now rebranded as Chamber, is a decentralized asset management protocol built on Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum, Polygon, and Base. Its core business is non-custodial investment vaults: fund managers create and manage strategies, while investors deposit assets and track performance transparently on-chain. The protocol integrates with DeFi primitives like Aave, Uniswap, and Synthetix. Its flagship product, Toros Finance, offers automated leveraged tokens and yield strategies. The DHT token serves governance and vault incentives.
The core narrative has shifted from "decentralized hedge funds" to "vaults as a layer for AI agents." The key idea: agents can act, but vaults set the rules. Instead of giving an AI agent full wallet control, the vault enforces limits at the contract level—what assets, what protocols, what size. This addresses a real pain point: AI agents are increasingly capable of executing on-chain actions, but a normal wallet grants too much freedom, and a prompt can be ignored, misunderstood, or attacked. Chamber provides a programmable guardrail layer.
Market pain points include high trust costs in traditional asset management, lack of transparency, and the risk of AI agents with unrestricted access. dHedge solves these via smart-contract-enforced rules, audited code, and fully verifiable track records.
In the past six months (2026-03-02 to 2026-09-02), based on available data, the protocol continued its rebrand to Chamber, emphasizing AI-agent-compatible vault infrastructure. It maintained multi-chain operations and expanded integrations with execution venues like Hyperliquid for automated strategies. Revenue trends from 2025 showed ~$2M annualized income, roughly half from Toros fees and half from market making, with Q3 2025 being the strongest quarter. However, growth remains uneven: the majority of revenue still comes from legacy Ethereum-based products, while newer chains contribute less. User adoption growth has slowed, and the protocol faces challenges in diversifying beyond its early network effects. No major security incidents were reported in the period, but the complexity of smart contracts remains an inherent risk.
