Details

Toros Finance is a DeFi protocol built on Arbitrum, Ethereum, and HyperEVM, offering automated tokenized strategies. Its products include leveraged tokens (providing 1x-4x long/short exposure with automated rebalancing to maintain target leverage and reduce liquidation risk), 1x tokens (synthetic spot exposure via perpetual contracts), options strategies (such as Covered Call and Short Volatility), and index strategies (e.g., thematic equity baskets). All products are ERC-20 tokens and can be traded directly on the official website by connecting a wallet. Mechanically, leveraged tokens are constructed using Aave lending or GMX/Hyperliquid perpetual contracts, with automated rebalancing for risk control; Protected Leveraged Tokens (PLTs) establish a price floor by purchasing options, trading fees for downside protection.
