About AlloyX

AlloyX is a fintech company focused on real-world asset (RWA) tokenization and stablecoin payment infrastructure. Its core business includes: 1) RYT, a tokenized money market fund backed by US Treasuries and high-grade commercial paper, with underlying assets custodied by Standard Chartered Bank and net asset value verified on-chain via Chainlink oracles; 2) Ferion, an institutional-grade platform for issuing and managing tokenized assets, offering AI-assisted compliance checks, one-click tokenization, and full lifecycle management; 3) enterprise stablecoin payment solutions covering corporate wallets, fiat-to-stablecoin on/off ramps, and cross-border settlement.

AlloyX positions itself as an aggregator and infrastructure layer for RWA, rather than an asset originator. Its key competitive edge lies in bridging traditional finance and decentralized finance through a regulated framework, addressing market pain points such as fragmented liquidity in RWA, the compliance-distribution deadlock (where crypto-native teams lack licenses and licensed institutions avoid crypto), and the trust gap in verifying underlying assets. By using bank custody and oracle-based proof of reserves, it aims to provide transparent and verifiable on-chain assets.

In the past six months (March to September 2026), AlloyX has expanded its stablecoin and AI-related initiatives. It launched an AI token aggregation product through its incubated entity Huaying Intelligence, made a strategic investment in Libeara (an RWA tokenization infrastructure firm) and secured a board observer seat, partnered with SC Ventures to co-develop an AI-driven payment project called AGENPAY, and signed a memorandum with Infinios to develop regulated wallet infrastructure in the Gulf region. Its stablecoin issuer AX Coin obtained a license from the Central Bank of Bahrain, partnered with Fireblocks for custody infrastructure, and signed agreements with FOMO Pay and Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait to advance stablecoin payments and cross-border settlement.

Risks include regulatory uncertainty across jurisdictions, the need for market education, sensitivity to interest rate changes (as RYT's yield depends on the Fed funds rate), and credit risks in emerging markets where it is expanding.

Updated: Sep 1, 2026

From March to September 2026, AlloyX Group (Nasdaq: AXG) advanced its Dual-Token Strategy, unveiling KOVARouter, an AI token gateway with competitive pricing, and expanding into regulated digital assets. It launched Asia's first SFC-regulated virtual asset structured products linked to BTC/ETH, integrated Chainlink data feeds for tokenized gold (AUROX), and partnered with CoinFound to enhance RWA on-chain transparency and liquidity. Future priorities focus on AI compute tokenization, compliant RWA issuance, and building an open token ecosystem bridging traditional finance and Web3.
