Units.Network

Units.Network is a modular blockchain ecosystem built on the Waves blockchain, offering a Layer-1 network called Unit Zero. It uses a delegated proof-of-stake (DPoS) consensus via a Chain Contract on the Layer-0 (Waves), where generators commit to producing blocks and receive UNIT0 tokens as rewards. The platform emphasizes EVM compatibility, allowing Ethereum-based dApps to deploy easily. It also provides a 'blockchain factory' that lets users launch custom sidechains through a DAO governance process, with the DAO approving proposals and granting UNIT0 tokens for development.
