About T-RIZE

T-RIZE is an institutional-grade asset tokenization platform focused on real-world assets (RWAs) such as real estate, private credit, and carbon credits. Its core business involves structuring, optimizing, tokenizing, and distributing these assets through a four-step process: deal structuring, asset optimization, token issuance, and distribution via compliant channels. The platform's competitive edge lies in its proprietary Rizenet blockchain infrastructure, which combines DeFi and decentralized AI (DeAI) to provide privacy-preserving data analysis, automated compliance, and smart contract-based lifecycle management. The RIZE token serves as a utility asset for governance, payments, and network participation.

Market pain points addressed include illiquidity of traditional assets, high entry barriers for retail investors, lack of transparency in private markets, and fragmented data across asset classes. By fractionalizing ownership and embedding compliance in smart contracts, T-RIZE aims to democratize access to high-quality assets while reducing operational inefficiencies.

Regarding recent developments, the project has been transparent about its limitations. As of August 2026, its documentation still indicates that the Rizenet mainnet has not launched, with only a testnet running since March 2024. The project submitted a public token transparency questionnaire in July 2026, revealing that there are currently no automatic economic distributions, fee routing, buybacks, or revenue-sharing mechanisms. RIZE holders do not have governance rights over treasury operations, fees, rewards, or buybacks, and no formal DAO exists. The token contract is deployed on Base (0x9818B6c09f5ECc843060927E8587c427C7C93583), with additional deployments on Ethereum, Polygon, and BNB Smart Chain, but no Avalanche deployment or native chain contract was listed. The total supply is 5 billion RIZE, with 30% allocated to the governance treasury with zero unlock at issuance.
