About Swarm
Swarm Markets is a Berlin-based company operating a regulated on-chain securities venue with BaFin authorization for securities brokerage and custody. It lists stocks, bonds and gold as ERC-3643 compliant tokens, with underlying assets held by licensed custodian banks; after a single KYC users trade tokenized securities in one interface and can use them as on-chain collateral.
In the RWA narrative it is treated as a compliance sample: in 2025 it issued nine tokenized stocks alongside Plasma's mainnet debut, and by November 2025 on-chain TVL exceeded 410 million dollars with cumulative volume above 6.8 billion dollars. In February 2026 Inveniam, a private-markets data infrastructure firm, completed its acquisition of Swarm, which kept its public-markets focus.
Swarm lets pool creators set their own swap fee, and before a pool owner receives that fee, Swarm claims 25% of the pool's swap fees or 0.1% of the assets being swapped, whichever is larger.
