About Inveniam
Inveniam is a blockchain-based private market data platform. Its core business is converting unstructured documents (such as lease agreements, loan contracts, and valuation reports) into machine-readable and verifiable on-chain data. Its core competitiveness lies in NVNM Chain, a Layer 2 blockchain designed specifically for private markets, which provides proof of origin, proof of state, and proof of process for data, forming a cryptographic audit trail that allows any authorized party to independently verify data authenticity.
The market pain point is that data on private assets is often trapped in unstructured documents that machines cannot accurately read, leading to a lack of trust in AI analysis and transactions. Inveniam solves this by making data verifiable and auditable, thereby supporting AI agents and institutional trading.
In the past six months (March to September 2026), Inveniam partnered with Docugami to integrate DGML technology into NVNM Chain, enabling AI agents to read and verify document data. Additionally, Inveniam completed the acquisition of MANTRA to further expand its RWA infrastructure. The NVNM Chain mainnet launched on May 13, 2026, marking the technology's entry into production.
Recent team changes at Inveniam include two departures:
Django Shelton, Director of Engineering, joined in January 2025 and left in May 2026.
Matt Appel, Managing Director, joined in July 2021 and left in April 2026.
No new hires were reported during this period.
