About IQ.wiki
IQ.wiki is a blockchain encyclopedia maintained by the AI editor SOPHIA and community governance. Pages and edit history are stored on IPFS and the Polygon blockchain respectively, powered by the IQ token. It uses structured content to record projects, tokens, people and protocols, offering verifiable long-term knowledge rather than focusing only on short-term market movements.
Web3 research often suffers from fragmented information: fundraising data, market metrics and background narratives are scattered across platforms, making it hard to quickly judge whether a project is credible. IQ.wiki provides in-depth background information and has two-way links with data platforms like RootData, allowing users to jump from metrics discovery directly to project history, team and technical details, forming a complete research loop.
Since March 2026, IQ.wiki's main developments include: a redesigned homepage with semantic search; a cross-platform content integration with RootData; a partnership with Theseus Network to let AI agents use IQ.wiki data for prediction markets and knowledge retrieval; original stablecoin research published on CoinGecko and Korean-language distribution of several reports; and integrations with multiple projects such as Basis and APEPE to expand content reach.
In 2014, Sam Kazemian and Theodor Forselius founded Everipedia in a UCLA dorm room, with Travis Moore joining as co-founder and first CTO.
In 2018, raised $30 million from Galaxy Digital, launched the IQ token and airdropped it to EOS holders, becoming the world's first blockchain encyclopedia.
In 2020, launched the IQ OraQles oracle; the Associated Press published US election results on Ethereum, a landmark case of on-chain data.
In 2022, Everipedia rebranded to IQ.wiki and migrated to the Polygon blockchain, focusing on the crypto knowledge ecosystem.
In 2023, launched AIDEN—the first AI agent for blockchain knowledge.
In 2024, AIDEN served over 100 crypto communities and 2 million users; development began on the Agent Tokenization Platform (ATP).
In 2025, officially launched ATP, enabling AI agents to autonomously own and manage assets on-chain, marking a major breakthrough in the DeFAI space.
Co-founders: Sam Kazemian (Iranian-American programmer; created Everipedia in a UCLA dorm), Theodor Forselius (Swedish entrepreneur; co-founded at 19; now CEO of parent company Brainfund), Travis Moore (Italian-American programmer; joined in 2015 as co-founder and CTO).
Current core executives: Navin Vethanayagam (Chief Brain, leading community/content/growth), Cesar Rodriguez (CTO, leading engineering), Suchet Dhindsa (COO/CFO, previously at Brainfund), Andy Cho (Director of Business Development, managing Korea and partnerships), Kevin Wang (Director of Business Development, China), Violetta Ziborova (Product Manager), Roberto Dobrescu (Director of Operations), Tara Wickart (Product Owner).
