About ARC

ARC is a private membership network based in Singapore that uses NFTs as credentials, connecting Asian Web3 founders, investors and creators. Membership is confirmed by a limited supply of transferable NFTs, with a soulbound token recording verification status, and holders join discussions, co-investments and incubation inside the community. It addresses exclusivity in crypto networks, where early access concentrates in a few circles and Asian builders often lack a route in.

Unlike open creator communities it deliberately stays small and gated, using membership to keep discussion quality and operating as a social venture studio for early projects. Membership runs to about 850 people and growth comes through secondary transfers and invitations, so expansion is slow but stable. In 2026 the network took part in Malaysia Blockchain Week and continued ecosystem and incubation work through its own platform, with new members mostly buying credentials on the secondary market before applying.

In 2022, Elroy Cheo and Kiat Lim founded ARC Community in Singapore. The community is operated under Kestrel360 Pte Ltd, and singer JJ Lin later joined as a co-founder.

In Q4 2024, ARC Community completed the mint of ARC Stellar NFT, a limited collection of 888 ERC-721 tokens on Ethereum. Its membership system also uses Fyrian soulbound tokens, which require a curation approval to mint and, together with the Stellar NFT, form the token-gated access for the community.

In August 2024, ARC Community raised over $4.5 million in a community round joined by 163 members, led by Arcane Group, with participation from Adrian Lai, Arthur Cheong, and others. The funds were earmarked to launch a Web3 incubator.

From April 2024 to March 2025, ARC Community acted as an investor in several early-stage crypto startups, including Saakuru, Pixelverse, henlo, and Sogni AI, with individual deal sizes of roughly $2M-$3M.

ARC is a Singapore-based membership Web3 community run by Kestrel360, using the ARC Stellar NFT as its membership credential with a hard cap of 888 tokens, while ARCdotXYZ handles incubation and investment. Hard data is thin: the official line cites 13 new partnerships and eight trial benefits without dates and without independent verification; its X account stood at 52,268 followers on 3 October, down 288 over 30 days, and membership sits at the 888 level.

Strategy: make membership a scarce entitlement and build the core service around closed-door sessions, a family office network and deal introductions among portfolio companies, taking equity for incubation and advisory so revenue does not depend on a token. Risks: the scale is tiny, there is no token and no audited or public financial disclosure, so claimed venture returns cannot be verified, and the name collides with Circle's Arc chain and with ArcBlock, permanently diluting brand recognition and search traffic.
