Sky plans to upgrade the liquidity layer between Ethereum and Base through Osero, connecting to the Gauntlet USDC treasury

According to the proposal from the Sky Ecosystem Forum, the Sky protocol plans to implement several adjustments in the Osero Spell on November 19, connecting the Ethereum mainnet with the Osero liquidity layer on Base, and enabling cross-chain transfer of USDC through the Circle Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP).

It is reported that this upgrade plan will integrate the Osero x Gauntlet USDC Prime Vault (Morpho Vault V2) managed by Gauntlet on Base, with the initial configuration of USDC funds. The proposal involves a total of 7 adjustments on the Ethereum mainnet and Base, including enabling CCTP functionality on both chains, configuring cross-chain USDC transfer limits, setting up a permission management mechanism on the Base side, and integrating the USDC vault.
