According to official news from Binance, the first batch of networks to resume withdrawals in phases after the security incident will be the Bitcoin network.
Binance previously stated that it plans to launch the first phase of withdrawal service recovery from 14:00 to 17:00 Beijing time on November 1, and will gradually restore withdrawals for other networks and assets after completing security and readiness checks.
