Binance: Will resume the first phase of withdrawals today from 2 PM to 5 PM

Binance released a security incident recovery update, announcing that it will resume the first phase of withdrawal services from November 1 at 14:00 to 17:00 Beijing time (UTC 06:00 to 09:00). The first batch will support networks and assets such as BTC, ETH, BNB, TRX, SOL, XRP, ZEC, DOGE, TON, POL, AVAX, ARB, BASE, OP, and SUI. Deposit services remain open and are not affected by this incident.

Binance stated that the recovery of withdrawals will be carried out in phases, with specific assets and networks prioritized based on user demand data from the past week, and will gradually open after completing security and stability checks. Other networks and assets will be restored in succession once they are ready. Initially, due to high traffic, some users may experience withdrawal delays or failures and can try again later.
