Rezaei: Iran will not negotiate or open the Strait of Hormuz if conditions are not met

The Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran, Rezaei, stated that negotiations will not take place, nor will the Strait of Hormuz be opened until Iran's seven conditions are met.
